Service Description

First Timers need to book a 1hour and 30 min appointment so we can have time to teach you the breathwork and discuss your intention and what you're needing help with. Personal Breathwork session are very powerful as you get the full attention of the coach and can feel safe and free to fully let go and explore. The sessions are tailored for you working to support you in reaching your personal goal of the session. Longer sessions are also for those that want the extra half an hour for a longer journey.
